Since 1991, LOGDIGI has been used by geologists in Kern River Field to identify bad data, correct the temperature effect in resistivity logs, correlate wells, identify faults, and generate cross sections in more detail and in much shorter time. Cross sections like the one shown here are used to identify how the sands are connected between wells and to help optimize oil production. High resistivity values (>8) represents sand that contains oil. The well in the middle is a deviation well. The labels next to the well sticks are measured depths.
